SALON POLICY

Arrivals

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will ensure that we have enough time to check you in, offer you refreshments and have you sign or read any necessary forms.

  

Cancelling or Rescheduling with Less Than 24 Hours Notice

Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $25 charge on your credit card. No-shows will also result in a 100% charge on your credit card of the total amount of services that are booked. We regret that we cannot make exceptions to our cancellation policy because we are a small appointment-based business and we often schedule stylists especially for you.
  

Cancellations

We understand that life happens and you may not always be able to make your scheduled salon appointment. Please contact us at your earliest notice (24 hours) when you are not able to make your appointment. Please note our cancellation policy as described above when Cancelling or Rescheduling with Less Than 24 Hours Notice.
  

Appointment Reminder By Phone

Please let us know if you need help remembering your appointment. We now offer appointment reminders by text or email, 24 hours in advance.
  

LATE ARRIVALS

Please be aware there may be other appointments scheduled after your service, therefore we cannot guarantee your appointment if you are more than 20 minutes late.
  

Booking Online Appointments

Our convenient online reservation system allows you to inquire about booking an appointment instantly, day or night. When inquiring online you will be asked to provide a valid credit card number during a follow up phone call, to confirm your wedding reservation. Please note that we do not charge your card but it is held in lieu of any cancellation charges or past due balances.
  

Wedding POLICY

 

Wedding Party Booking & Cancellations

Due to the popularity, we suggest booking appointments at least 2-4 months in advance of your wedding date.
 
Wedding bookings have a three week (21 day) cancellation policy and apply to each individual service that is booked. In the event of a cancellation three weeks (21 days) or less prior to your event there is a $25.00 service fee that applies to each individual service that is cancelled without notice.
 
If you need to cancel your appointment please do so in writing via email. Email info@29tensalon.com at least three weeks ( 21 days) in advance. Since we turn away other clients to hold your reservation any cancellations within the three week period will incur the cancellation fee.
  

Additions

To make additions to your booking simply call us at You can call us at 262-786-6222 or email info@29tensalon.com to make any additions to your booking.
 Additional services are subject to availability.
  

Onsite Stylist Arrivals

When booking 29ten Salon To-Go (our onsite services), please note that your stylist will arrive 5-15 minutes early for your booking. This will give time to set up prior to your appointment time.
 For onsite services a 30 mile radius with a minimum of $400 in services will be necessary.
  

Payments

We accept the terms of payment: Cash or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). For bridal parties (over 4 services) we do not split checks or take individual payments. We accept up to (2) credit cards for full payment of the balance, or (1) lump sum of cash for large party balances. This helps to eliminate miscalculations, under or overpayment.
